Our Team All of the services are supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts - The role of the Supervisor is to develop program goals specific to the each child's needs, analyze program data and make the necessary program modifications. All Supervisors are required to hold a Masters degree and have at leas a minimum of two to three years of experience in the field. Lead Therapists- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and one to two years of experience in the field. Junior Therapists- Expected to be working towards completion of an undergraduate degree in the field. Student Interns- These are students that have made a commitment/decision to pursue further study in the field, and are receiving training and supervised field experience through our agency.
